How To Avoid Unnecessary Credit Card Processing Fees

Step 2: We use our industry expertise, things we find in the initial review, and our industry network to rearchitect and renegotiate your rates with your current credit card processor

-Once our agreement is authorized, you make an email introduction to your account rep introducing me.
-I communicate directly with your account rep to rearchitect and renegotiate your rates.
-You can be as involved or as uninvolved as you'd like. Regardless, we will do all the heavy lifting.
-Before the new pricing, rates, fees, terms etc. are accepted, we review this information with you to make sure you approve.

Step 3: We monitor your statements and merchant account each and every month.

-We help oversee your merchant account.
-We manage the garden so that no weeds grow through
>Essentially, we make sure there is no creep in your rates and fees.
-We double your customer service (current customer service with processor +
ACS WinWin).
-We provide monthly statement audits (reviewing in line-item by line-item detail).
-We generate savings reports every month
-We hold your processor accountable and keep them honest.
